All tickets purchased through Motorsport Travel are genuine and sourced directly from official partners. If your event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the event is postponed, your tickets will be valid for the new date.

The answer is YES! At Motorsport Travel, we only deal with official tickets.
How are my tickets delivered?
Not all circuits use the same ticketing system, so there are differences in how tickets are delivered. The delivery method for your tickets will be stated on your travel confirmation. The different delivery methods are described below:
E-tickets
An E-ticket is a virtual ticket sent to your email. This type of ticket typically arrives in the week before the race and in some cases up to 24 hours before the event.
Physical tickets
Some races still use physical tickets, and the way they are delivered or collected depends on the circuit.
Mobile tickets
These are tickets that can only be opened and displayed on a smartphone with iOS or Android. For this type of ticket, you will receive a link via email with instructions on how to download the tickets to your phone.
Race Guarantee
At Motorsport Travel, we offer a race guarantee at no extra cost.
We believe it should not be at your expense if a race is rescheduled and no longer fits your travel plans. Should this happen, we will move your trip to match the new date — at no additional cost to you.
The race is moved to another weekend:
If a race is moved to a different date, we will reschedule your trip to match. If the race is moved while you are already travelling, regardless of the reason, Motorsport Travel will offer a replacement trip to the same race once the new date has been confirmed. Motorsport Travel does not offer vouchers or refunds if the new date does not suit you.
